Usage terms
What the package is for, what it does not claim, and what remains your responsibility.
A — Who provides it
I.O.V · John Izaguirre.
The NIVQRA Authority Review package is provided by I.O.V / John Izaguirre.
It is made available as usage information. Reading this page does not create an account, a purchase or an agreement.
B — Scope
Authoring and design review.
The package helps you author a mandate draft and review the design of a delegated-authority boundary. That is the whole of its function.
Drafts are produced inactive and test cases are produced unrun. Nothing the package writes takes effect anywhere.
C — What is not claimed
No live authority of any kind.
The package carries no live authority, performs no payment execution, provides no certification or accreditation, and makes no validated-runtime claim.
It is not a connected live product and does not represent a partnership, endorsement or approved directory listing by any third party.
D — Your host's terms
They continue to apply.
The package runs inside a host environment you already use. That host's own terms, policies and settings remain fully applicable to your use of it.
Nothing here replaces, overrides or amends them.
E — Your responsibilities
Inputs and outputs are yours.
You must have the right to use and share the inputs you supply, including any policy text, figures or organisational detail.
Outputs are drafts. Review them independently before relying on them, and have anyone accountable for the workflow review them too.
